Redington Service opens two more High level Repair Centres (HLRC) at Mumbai and Delhi. These Centres are in addition to the HLRC Centre started at Chennai in June 2006.
The New Centres cater to the needs of the Service Centres in NORTH and WEST. These Centres are equipped with RF TESTERS for both GSM, CDMA Phones, On-line CALL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM connecting all Redington Locations.
The Engineers and other support staffs are trained so that the HLRC Centre can start meeting the SLA\'s from DAY ONE
